I believe a Moderator on the server does the bulk work, helps the new people, kicks the minges, everything that a lower ranked staff member should do. I believe that an Admin is a rank higher than Moderator (obviously), as in they take care of more serious matters, like RDM investigations, DDOS threats and serious stuff like that, or hackers, I also believe that Mod's should not get the power to perma ban, but the Admin's should, because Mod's are still in training and can be dangerous with powers that high. Why do you think YOU should be on the Administration Team? I am part of Prominent Gaming (PG), and I have much experience on being staff, in multiple games, and gamemodes. I am currently an EP, which is the equivalent of a GameMaster, and I have worked on a couple events, I have great vision for a server, but cannot express this vision, because I don't have the experience owning a server, this is why I am bringing my ideas to this server, where I can express it without having to start from scratch, already having something to work with and shape like how I want to have it. I understand this sounds very selfish but my vision for the server can greatly help out the community and the player base. We take care of events, by making, administering, and overlooking events. I also have experience on DarkRP servers as a moderator, who like a stated above, does the bulk work.
