I would also like to become a Gamemaster in the future (if I can make it that far) to make the server more fun for everyone by doing lots of high quality events with all the nice people here on insanity networks. I know all the rules, am mature enough to become a staff member, I think I am a pretty cool guy who's nice ingame and enjoys helping the others and improving their role-play experience. I wouldn't just punish people without talking to them, I would actually discuss the problem with them and teach them how to not break that rule again.(But Depending on the Case He will receive a warn) I can be really active a lot. Admin Phantom Gaming- Dealt with the server coming up as a community dealing with certain stuff that mods couldn't. Server Manager Death Match Gaming-Dealing with all server problems and the role-play experience I got this about 3-4 years ago I wasn't mature then I attended to use the power and do events like crap [color=#c0392b]Why should you be chosen for this rank? (Should be at least 1 paragraph answer):[/color] I have a lot of time to think this through and I used to be part of many staff teams and love the way it worked out I got to meet many people that I become very close friends with and hopefully I get to meet more amazing people, and the way I think staffing comes first before role play in general cause there isn't a way to RP if there isn't new players on the server If they need the content pack or anything from me I plan on to deliver to them so we will keep on getting new players and hopefully new staff members as well I joined only a few days ago and from those few days I have had a awesome experience with the Game masters, Staff, and the players in general keep on joining and everything I want to play on the server knowing that It will be a safe place to stay when new players join they don't have people abusing there power in general, the one staff member I really respect and this is the main reason of joining staff team is to beable to be under his wing and RP and deal with staff with him. I'm really not sure. I personally don't have any information on you besides things going around, and from what I have heard i'm not sure if you would be a great addition. Something I would like to add that you stated in your Application is that you have an Anger issue. Now, you did state you were getting help and i'm happy for you! However, Anger can go a long way. Grudges can start to build, and you might start to give unfair treatment to players in the community. You can explode on a player with swear words out the ass, and possibly make the player leave the server because of it. I also haven't seen you on the server as much as I would personally want to see, however I am just giving my insight on this application. The real decision is from the Higher Ups.  Good luck.
